### Shopify Accelerator Terms & Conditions

**1. Limited Scope + No Refunds**
This is a one-time, non-refundable service. By purchasing, you reserve a spot in our limited schedule. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, cancel, or delay the project. Communication and deliverables will be managed in Milanote (our project management system).

**2. Booking & Project Start**
The project officially begins once payment is received and all required onboarding materials are submitted. Upon payment, the Client will receive access to a private project portal where they can submit all brand assets, copy, product info, imagery, and complete their prep document. These materials must be submitted within 5 business days of booking to avoid delays.

**3. Deliverables Guarantee**
Upon purchase and receipt of all required materials from the Client, Mint Lane guarantees delivery of the following within the project timeline:

* A fully functioning semi-custom Shopify site built on a pre-approved theme
* Up to five (5) fully designed and mobile-optimized pages (Home, Shop, Product, FAQ, About)
* Styling and integration of one review app
* Up to three (3) rounds of design refinements
* 30 days of post-launch support
* Access to onboarding documentation or training materials as needed

If any portion of these deliverables cannot be completed due to factors outside our control (e.g. missing content, third-party app limitations, or Client delays), Mint Lane will notify the Client and work in good faith to propose an alternative solution.

**4. Client Responsibilities**
Clients are responsible for submitting all required content, final pricing, product photos, and branding within the timeline provided. Incomplete or delayed submissions may result in additional fees, project suspension, or timeline shifts.

**5. Communication & Feedback**
All communication will occur within Milanote. Clients must respond to feedback requests within 2 business days. Any feedback submitted after that window may result in timeline adjustments. Clients are responsible for consolidating feedback from all internal stakeholders before submission.

**6. Revisions Policy**
Up to three (3) rounds of design refinements are included, provided they are submitted within 3 business days of receiving the draft. You’ll use these rounds to tweak copy, layout, or styling. Once final approval is received, we’ll connect your domain, run final tests, and take the site live. Additional revisions beyond the third round will be quoted at our standard hourly rate (\$190/hr). Clients are encouraged to consolidate feedback for each round to avoid unnecessary delays.

**7. Platform, Theme, and App Limitations**
This is a semi-custom site sprint, not a fully custom website build. We use a pre-approved theme and customize it to match your brand. While we can accomplish a lot within this structure, we reserve the right to decline feature or layout requests that fall outside the scope of the theme or our defined package. Additional functionality may require third-party apps or custom development, which will be quoted separately.

**8. Add-On Services**
Services outside the core scope may be added for an additional fee. These include but are not limited to:

* Subscription app setup
* Loyalty programs, upsells, and advanced integrations
* Klaviyo setup (3-email Welcome Series, 2-email Abandoned Cart Flow, 2-email Post-Purchase Flow, template design, segmentation, and automation setup)
* Copywriting or product photography

**9. Intellectual Property**
Final deliverables become the Client’s property upon completion and final payment. Mint Lane retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and include a site credit ("Website by Mint Lane"). A \$2,000 removal fee applies if the Client requests this credit be omitted.

**10. No Performance Guarantee**
We do not guarantee specific results such as traffic, conversions, or revenue. Performance depends on various external factors including marketing, product-market fit, and customer behavior.

**11. Agreement Acknowledgement**
By purchasing this offer through ThriveCart and proceeding with the project, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
